Quality Culture Assessment
Your quality culture influences every decision, every handoff, and every compliance outcome. ISO 10010:2022 Quality Management--Guidance to understand, evaluate and improve organizational quality culture, makes it measurable — and improving it starts with a simple first step.
How Your Score Is Calculated
Each question is rated on a 1–5 scale, where 5 means Strongly Agree. Your total score is the sum of all 13 responses, creating a measurable picture of how strongly your organization’s behaviors, communication patterns, and leadership signals support quality.
Scores fall into four categories:
- 13–25 → Very low endorsement. Culture does not support quality; major gaps exist.
- 26–39 → Low endorsement. Culture inconsistently supports quality; improvement needed.
- 40–52 → Moderate endorsement. Culture supports quality in some areas but not consistently.
- 53–65 → High endorsement. Culture strongly supports quality; aligned behaviors and systems.
This simple additive scoring model shows where your culture is aligned with quality expectations — and where hidden gaps may be affecting compliance, risk, and performance.
